Fueli builds personalized daily meal plans around your goals, diet, and allergies — then gets out of your way.

Calorie and protein goals, dietary restrictions, allergies, cooking skill, and budget — tell Fueli once and it remembers.
A full day of meals, generated to hit your numbers — not a generic template. Don't like something? Swap it without breaking your targets.
A nutrition score, planning streaks, and goal-completion tracking show whether the week actually went the way you planned.

Tell Fueli your calorie and protein targets, dietary restrictions, allergies, and cooking preferences once — every plan after that is built around them automatically. Not happy with a day? Regenerate the whole plan in seconds, as often as your tier allows.
Swapping doesn't blow up your goals — the replacement is picked to land within your remaining calorie and protein budget for the day. You can also swap in one of your own saved favourites instead of a new AI suggestion.
Grabbing a snack that wasn't on the plan? Scan its barcode and Fueli looks up real nutrition data instantly, then folds it into your daily totals — so your progress stays accurate even on the days that don't go exactly to plan.
Connect Apple Health and Fueli reads your latest weight, height, step count, and active energy to keep your goals current — then writes the calories, protein, carbs, fat, and fiber from what you eat back into Health. Nothing syncs unless you turn it on.
A single nutrition score summarizes how your week is trending, alongside your current planning streak and how often you're hitting your calorie and protein targets — so you can see whether you're actually on track, not just guess.
Premium turns any day — or your whole week — into a single consolidated shopping list, with ingredients combined across meals so you're not buying the same item three separate times.
No account limits on getting started — upgrade only if you want more.
No. Fueli is for general wellness and informational purposes. It's not a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice — talk to a doctor or registered dietitian before making significant changes to your diet, especially with a medical condition or allergy.
You can set allergies, dietary restrictions, and disliked ingredients, and the AI takes them into account when generating meals. That said, AI-generated suggestions can occasionally be wrong — always double-check ingredients yourself, especially for severe or life-threatening allergies.
No — it's entirely optional. Fueli works fully without it. If you do connect it, you choose what to share, and can disconnect at any time from iOS Settings.
Free gives you a full daily meal plan every few days and a handful of meal swaps (some require watching a short ad). Premium gives you a fresh plan every day, more swaps, weekly planning, and smart grocery lists — see the comparison above for exact numbers.
